How I made this edit of my amazing logo and why it means a lot to me?

 

This emblem means a lot to me because the word that I have chosen for my brand which is "ChristEva" means grace.

 

Furthermore, I wanted to merge the names of both of my maternal and paternal grandmothers as a tribute to them and how they loved fashion.

 

In my second edit of the previous logo, I had decided that the light shade of purple is a regal colour and the kente represents the fabric of my Ghanaian heritage but the only problems were that the kente would have been clashing with how the colours of the logo  and that the font of "ChristEva" wasn't very clear.

 

So, I had decided to change the whole entire layout of the logo to make it seem more professional but have a clear meaning also making it stand out too.

 

In addition, the wing represents my paternal grandmother who had sadly passed away, I wanted to make her proud too so that is why I added the simple white wing that gives a connotation to angels.

Finally, for the ultimate logo, I chose white (previously blue) for the font of the brand name and slogan that connotes to heaven and purity.
